Useful Information

When you request a reservation, we will first check the availability for your chosen vehicle for the desired period. If the time slot is available, we will send you an offer that you need to confirm during the day. With it, you will also receive a list of information required for the reservation. Please note that you can choose cancellation risk insurance and additional fees. We will accept the reservation after the first payment or advance payment of 50%.

At the time of booking, 50% of the arrangement price is paid. Once the payment is recorded in our system, we will issue you an invoice. Payment of the entire amount is made 15 days before the start of the trip.

In addition to the rental price, you need to pay for additional costs and any supplements that we would communicate to you in advance.

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS:

• Camper preparation fee of €130;
• Final cleaning, handover costs, 1 full gas bottle, water, chemicals, external and internal final cleaning of the vehicle (excluding toilet cleaning);
• Cash deposit of €1,000, which will be refunded upon returning the vehicle.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS (see price list):

• Unemptied toilet cassette: €100.00
• Unemptied wastewater tank: €25.00
• Bedding and towels: €20.00/day for the entire camper – with prior notice,
• Kitchenware: €20.00/rental; includes a set for dishwashing (cleaning agent, sponge, and 3 cloths) and a set of dishes for 6 people – with prior notice,
• Transfer from Nikola Tesla Belgrade Airport to the base and back, according to the price list – with prior notice,
• Maximum mileage: 350 km/day. Excess is charged at €0.30/km,
• Others: the vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel. Otherwise, the missing fuel will be charged with an additional cost of €20.00.
• Vehicle return delay is charged at €50.00/hour, over 24 hours, €250.00 per day.

The pickup and return of the camper take place at the YT-Camp company headquarters in Valjevo. During your trip, we provide a secured parking space for your vehicle/car, which will be available to you free of charge.

 

The camper is picked up between 10 AM and 4 PM and should be returned by 9 AM or as otherwise agreed. A few days before your rental date, we will contact you to arrange the exact pickup and return times. It is necessary to pay the security deposit in cash before picking up the camper. When picking up the camper, we will explain in detail how to operate the camper (driving, technical details, etc.). Allow approximately an hour for the camper pickup. After you familiarize yourself with all the details and sign the handover report, you will receive the keys and vehicle documents, after which you can start your journey.

All our campers are fully insured, taking into account the franchise amount, which is equal to the amount of the deposit you must pay when taking the camper. The full deposit is lost if the damage amount exceeds the deposit amount. If the damage is less than €1,000.00, the deposit is retained in the amount of the damage.

Before taking over the camper, some of you will already have a detailed route planned, while others will have a roughly defined route and plan continuously according to their current inspiration. We recommend that if you are traveling during the season, you better plan your trip in advance.

 

Think about what you will need during the trip. We advise you not to overpack. Choose soft travel bags instead of hard suitcases. Also, check the parking and sleeping regulations in the camper, as they vary from country to country.

All our campers have a refrigerator, toilet, bathroom, stove, sink. They also have a spacious garage space, where you can store a larger amount of items. Our campers have carriers for 3-4 bicycles (depending on the camper), an awning, and more.

• When renting, we also provide the following:
• Mandatory equipment (fire extinguisher, tire replacement set, spare tire, triangle, first aid kit, and safety vest);
• Outdoor chairs and a table;
• 1 full gas bottle;
• Rubber mat;
• Electrical cable with a 220V adapter;
• Water hose, bucket, and broom.
• For an additional charge, we also offer the possibility of renting bedding, kitchenware, child seats, bicycles.

You have already chosen a camper, made a reservation, paid the first installment. You packed everything you need, but do you know what your route is? We recommend that you roughly plan your route before starting your trip.

 

The most important thing is that you enjoy your trip. Traveling in a camper is a unique way to enjoy the natural beauty and attractions of the countries you will visit. Please note that YT-Camp is not responsible for fines, towing, or any other legal procedures due to your negligence during the trip. When you park the camper in nature, always make sure you are at a safe and suitable place. Respect nature and local rules, and take all waste with you to the next designated place. You must take care of the safety of all passengers and adhere to all road traffic regulations while driving. Follow our guidelines for safe travel and respect your vehicle. Don't rush. There is no need.

If any of the before mentioned incidents happen to you, make sure to call the police to inspect the scene and file a report. Ensure that you also receive a copy of the police report and an incident report, as well as contact information for any other parties involved. It's also advisable to take photos of the damage to support your insurance claim. Of course, please get in touch with us about the incident and damage as soon as possible – we will provide you with advice and guidance.

All our campers are fully insured. The deposit of €1,000 is a deductible franchise that can cover any damage to the vehicle not covered by the insurance company. The deposit can be paid in cash.

To rent a camper in Serbia, the driver must have a valid category B driver's license for at least 5 years (for vehicles up to 3.5 tons) and must be at least 28 years old.
