  • In case of damage to/on the camper: to cover the deductible franchise for comprehensive insurance and the loss of insurance premium. If the Lessee is involved in multiple damaging events, they must cover the deductible franchise for each individual damaging event, regardless of whether they are responsible for the damage or not. In case, at any point in the process, it is established that the Lessee is not responsible for the damaging event, and another party or their insurance company reimburses the Lessor for the damage due to the Lessee’s actions, the Lessee has the right to a refund in the amount of the deductible franchise.

In case of a breakdown that keeps the vehicle in the workshop for 48 hours or longer, the Lessee is entitled to a refund of the unused part of the rental during the repair period. However, the Lessee is not entitled to a refund of this amount if the damage is due to improper use of the vehicle, a traffic accident, force majeure (weather disasters, earthquakes, etc.), or any other reason beyond the Lessor’s control. Any use that is contrary to applicable regulations or care principles is considered incorrect use of the vehicle. In such cases, the Lessee is obliged to pay all repair costs.
